Clients who come back
on their own
without discounts or promotions

For aesthetic clinics, massage studios and wellness practices that live on repeat visits, and are tired of paying for them twice.

Hathor interface — the client touchpoint system

The first visit is where you spend the money. The second is where you make it — and that's the one nobody manages. Hathor organises everything around what the client actually came for: what they expect, whether they got it, and what comes next. Clients who feel heard come back on their own.

Client results built into how you work

Conversion growth within 7 weeks of launch

Freedom from the discount spiral

Sound familiar?

Wellness businesses pay for repeat visits with discounts — but the problem starts much earlier

Most run the same playbook: spend to get the client in, discount the first visit, discount again to bring them back. Always chasing new clients — and giving away margin with every discount.

High acquisition cost

Getting each new client stays a permanent line on your P&L.

The first experience is a wild card

Whether a client returns depends on it — yet almost nobody manages it systematically.

The discount spiral

Every new discount and promotion teaches clients to come back for the price, not the result.

Nobody asks

Unhappy clients leave in silence — and the happy ones are never asked what actually worked.

How it works

The workflow starts with the client's result

A methodology built into the platform: from the first intake form to analytics on what actually brings clients back.

The typical journey

The client fills in a form at the front desk; the therapist skims it two minutes before the appointment.

After the appointment: the bill, and a discount offered on the spot.

Feedback isn't collected — or it's collected as a formality.

The client receives a generic promotional blast.

Upsells sound like «take the discounted package».

Analytics answer one question: «how much did we make this month?»

Repeat visits are chaotic, and driven mostly by discounts and promotions.

The Hathor journey

The client fills in the form in advance — the therapist arrives prepared.

After the appointment: personalised recommendations sent the same day, based on what actually happened in the session.

A real feedback conversation an hour after the visit — while the session is still fresh.

A communication sequence tied to that client's history and their results.

Upsells framed around the outcome, backed by real reviews from similar clients.

Analytics answer a better question: which sequences actually bring clients back, and how to scale them.

Repeat visits become the norm — the client returns for the result, not the discount.

For your team

Hathor is not another CRM system

Owners see why clients come back, not just how many did. Therapists get to focus on delivering an excellent treatment.

For the owner

  • See exactly where first-timers slip away — and how many you're paying to lose.
  • Turn clients you've already acquired into second visits and package sales.
  • Know which treatments, sequences and therapists actually bring people back — and scale what works.
  • Grow revenue per client without growing ad spend or giving away margin.

For the therapist

  • Walk into every session already knowing what the client wants.
  • Work with clients on their goal — and see them get there.
  • Focus on the treatment — the platform handles the follow-up.
  • Build a client base that comes back to you, and earnings that hold steady.

The team

Who's behind this

We named the platform after Hathor, the ancient Egyptian goddess of love, motherhood and beauty. In ancient Egypt, mirrors were dedicated to Hathor, and caring for oneself was understood as a ritual of care and attention — not merely a procedure.

They already understood then what still holds true today: when a person feels seen, heard and genuinely important, they come back. Caring about the person is the oldest and most reliable strategy in the beauty industry. We simply made it systematic.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

I already use Fresha / Altegio / Zenoti. Why add another tool?

Hathor doesn't replace your booking system. We work on top of it: we pull in visit data and build the communication sequences your booking software doesn't have. Integration takes one day.

My therapists won't want to learn a new system.

One short note after each visit — that's the whole change for them. No new interface, no new admin: the messages, reminders and follow-ups all sit with the platform.

How much of my time will this take?

Two to four weeks. We'll need one contact person during setup — a few hours of their time in total, not a project.

What happens to client data? Our intake forms are medical.

We only take de-identified data: visit history, treatment types, feedback — no names, no contact details, no medical records. Personal details stay in your booking system, on your side. Our infrastructure is hosted in the cloud within your jurisdiction, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement before any integration begins.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many therapists you have and how many clients you see. We'll quote you after the funnel review, once we know the scope.
