- The number of therapists on your team (optional)

We use this data solely to contact you about your free funnel review and any cooperation that follows. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Client data inside the platform
For customers using the platform, we work with de-identified data only: visit history, treatment types and feedback. We do not receive names, contact details or medical records — those stay in your booking system, on your side. Before any integration begins we sign a Data Processing Agreement setting out our obligations as a processor.
Data storage
Our infrastructure is hosted in the cloud within your jurisdiction. Data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above, or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, and to object to or restrict its processing at any time.
